Profile: this Japanese green tea uses an unusual and unique process of roasting in a large drum "kama" and hence known as "kama-iri sencha"

Kama-iri method is traditionally only used in the areas of Kagoshima and Miyazaki.

This unique roasting and rolling process of tea gives a floral, aromatic and sweet sensation and reminds you of oolong flavours

How to Brew:

brew 1 teaspoon (4g) in tea pot with 70-80c hot water for 1-2min

brew 1 teaspoon (4g) with cold water, cold brew over 2-3 hours
