Here are basic recipes for matcha and matcha Latte.

(Hojicha / Genmaicha)

1. Add 1 spoon (2.5g) of matcha / hojicha powder / genmaicha powder to bowl or glass.

2. Add 150ml cooled boiled water approx 70-80°c to matcha / hojicha powder / genmaicha powder. *Do not use boiling water as it burns the tea.

3. Whisk using our bamboo chasen in a "W" motion at a fast pace until creamy.

4. Ready to serve. Enjoy!

2. Pour in 30ml cooled boiled water (70–80°C) and whisk with a bamboo chasen until smooth.

3. Fill your cup with hot or iced milk, then gently pour the prepared matcha over it. Sweeten with sugar, honey, or vanilla syrup if you like.
