All bamboo chasen or "matcha whisk" are handcrafted.

Unlike the traditional matcha chasen, this modern whisk has an elongated holder and smaller whisk for easy use in our modern day cups, glasses and mugs.

Comes with a handy stand which is easily removable from the holder.

Care and Usage: Before first use please steep the head of whisk in a cup of boiling water for a few mins to allow the bamboo strands to expand. Do not put in dishwasher.
