Premium Matcha: Yame, Fukuoka (30g) - Ceremonial Grade

You can enjoy it in three different ways:
Koi-cha – a rich matcha espresso shot
Usu-cha – a smoother, longer matcha
Matcha latte – simply add your favourite milk
Servings: approx. 10–15 cups (1 teaspoon per serving)

Use 1 level matcha spoon (2.5g) add 30ml hot water (70c) and whisk using our bamboo chasen to dissolve, then add your preffered hot milk.
Add sugar/honey/vanilla syrup to sweeten to your liking!

Matcha contains catechins, L-theanine, vitamins, and dietary fibre, and has traditionally been enjoyed to support relaxation, focus, and overall wellbeing.　
While it does contain caffeine, matcha generally has slightly less caffeine than a standard espresso and provides a smoother, more gradual energy release.

Ceremonial grade matcha is made exclusively from first-harvest tea leaves. After being hand-picked, the leaves are carefully stone-ground using traditional granite mills, producing only about 30 grams per hour.

Store matcha in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Keep it in an air-tight container, as exposure to oxygen, heat, light, moisture, or strong odours can significantly affect flavour and freshness.
