Premium Matcha: Yame Fukuoka (30g): is a single origin ceremonial matcha from our farm in Yame, Fukuoka.
Premium Matcha: Uji Kyoto Black Edition (30g) : is a single origin ceremonial matcha from our farm in Uji Kyoto.
Premium Hojicha: is doubled milled powder from Shizuoka. We are the only manufacturer in Japan that double mills our Hojicha.
*The colour of the tin may differ.
Premium Genmaicha Powder: Genmaicha is roasted brown rice added to Japanese green tea. We have first blended our tea and rice and double milled into a smooth powder.
*Powder is packed in a gazette bag within the can.

How to make matcha latte
Use 1 level matcha spoon (2.5g) add 30ml hot water (70c) and whisk using our bamboo chasen to dissolve, then add your preffered hot milk.
Add sugar/honey/vanilla syrup to sweeten to your liking!
