It is produced using selected farms and tea cultivars different from our Black Edition, offering a distinct expression of Uji matcha.

You can enjoy it in a variety of ways.
Koi-cha – a rich espresso shot
Usu-cha – a smoother
latte – simply add your favourite milk
Desserts & Baking – ideal for cakes, cookies, pastries.
Servings: approx. 10 cups (1 teaspoon per serving)
How to make latte
Use 1 level matcha spoon (3g) add 30ml hot water (70c) and whisk using our bamboo chasen to dissolve, then add your preffered hot milk.
Add sugar/honey/vanilla syrup to sweeten to your liking!
