About this product:
Our Uji Sencha is made from first harvest, first-picked tea leaves, harvested in spring when the leaves are at their finest and naturally sweet.
In the Uji region, sencha is traditionally medium steamed, a method that brings out a well balanced flavour with a fresh aroma and gentle sweetness.
This sencha can be enjoyed both hot brewed or cold brewed, allowing you to experience its character in different ways.
Origin: Single origin from Uji Kyoto, Japan

How to brew
Use 1 level teaspoon to your pot and add 70-80c hot water, brew 1-2 mins for 1st brew and serve. For 2nd brew, refill with boiling water for another unique aromatic experience. 1st brew and 2nd brew have different tasting notes.
Cold brew over 1-2 hours.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place away from direct sunlight.
