Brewing styles

You can enjoy it in a variety of ways.
Koi-cha– a rich espresso shot
Usu-cha– a smoother
latte– simply add your favourite milk
Desserts & Baking– ideal for cakes, cookies, pastries.
Servings: approx. 10 cups (1 teaspoon per serving)

How to make latte

Use 1 level matcha spoon (3g) add 30ml hot water (70c) and whisk using our bamboo chasen to dissolve, then add your preffered hot milk.
Add sugar/honey/vanilla syrup to sweeten to your liking!

Storage

Store products in a cool, dry and dark place.
